Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Women's Clinical Coordinator - Carrollton OB GYN (Days)

Will lead the clinical operations of the practices, including training and development of clinical staff, developing clinical policies and protocols, and overseeing the clinical quality and safety aspects of the practices. Working with and supporting operations managers to gain high functioning, competent clinical teams and offices.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Education: See License/Certification Requirements

Experience: Two years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.

Licenses and Certifications

• GEORGIA LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE OR MULTISTATE NURSING LICENSE
  
  

Supervision

Will support and assist the manager in providing training and feedback to clinical staff (including CMAs, MAs, LPNs, Registered Sonographers)

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable about practice operations, including experience in a medical practice.
• Must hold license in nursing
• Must be able to manage employees with organization, assertion, and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks at one time. Must be clear and direct and have good follow up with leadership and employees.
• Must possess a strong sense of discipline to work with acceptable clinical standards and regulations.
• Must possess the cognitive ability to understand patient's medical records, orders, and medical orders to be communicated to patient, hospital, and or other physicians.
• Must be capable of dealing tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, other employees, and physicians.
