Position Description

Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care. This is a Full Time – Days Shift / Night Shifts opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Augusta, GA(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality critical care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage critically ill patients
  • Monitor hemodynamics, ventilators, and complex medical equipment
  • Administer and titrate IV medications, drips, and vasoactive agents as ordered
  • Respond to rapid changes in patient condition and emergency situations
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary ICU teams
  • Provide patient- and family-centered education and emotional support
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Active RN license (GA State or Compact)
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Recent ICU or critical care RN experience required
  • Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical judgment skills
  • Experience with ventilators, drips, and invasive monitoring
  • BLS required; ACLS required (CCRN preferred)
  • Ability to function effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
  • Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
  • BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
  • Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
  • Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
  • Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
  • Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
