Annual GAPAN Elections

Greetings!
I hope everyone is enjoying your summer! As the children prepare to begin a new school year, it causes me to turn my thoughts to fall of the year. One exciting thing that will occur this fall is the GAPAN State Conference in Savannah (Sept 29-Oct 1). This is also when we will hold our annual elections.

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to consider participating in our organization at the state level. Although you must serve on the district board prior to assuming a state position, you have an open invitation to attend state board meetings and find out what we are all about. Any of the members of the board would be very willing to answer questions for you and mentor you throughout the year so that you feel prepared to add your name to the ballot at the next election.

We are always looking for new people to get involved who have a passion for perianesthesia nursing and want to help our professional organization thrive. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any assistance to you.
